It was a difficult purchase because it was a short sale and the process was difficult due to the seller and the seller's agent not being so clear with communication and hard to reach at times. True to the name "Agent", she is always putting the client's needs first even if it may require more time or effort at her expense. She is patient with her clients and doesn't rush to close any business. We understand she had multiple sales to close during this season, however never once did she make us feel uncomfortable with the process and kindly walked us through the steps we were not well experienced with. I think many would agree that, at the end of the day, it is really trust that matters when one is purchasing such high worthwhile investment, as we laymen wouldn't know if we are getting into a good deal or not, but once you trust your agent, then you can take a backseat and relax. One more thing, we were probably not one of her most profitable clients as we are first-time homebuyers and chose affordable housing, but she always treated us with care and respect.
